0.1.1: Bug fixes, and small QoL changes

Bug Fixes:

-Fixed player starting looking to the left on the "Side to Side" level

-Fixed the player being able to pass a level after failing from the time running out, by rolling into the endgate, while dead

-Fixed reflection debug option making the player do a small bounce

QoL:

-Slightly increased camera direction track speed

-Added show ground setting, that puts a black dot below the ball, to be able to more clearly see when you are centered on a thinner platform
